Terms of Service — Internal Sandbox

These conditions apply to the current internal test installation of Primeways Publish operated by the Primeways team. It is local software for designated team members and authorized test users, not a public commercial publishing service.

Permitted testing

Use the workspace only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and for original content or content for which you have the necessary rights. Do not use it to bypass TikTok account restrictions, application review, ownership requirements, or platform policies.

User control

Check the target account, video, description, privacy settings, commercial-content disclosures, and any required music/content permissions before a platform submission. Account registration, video import, and local draft saving do not authorize an upload. Official authorization and a separate confirmed submission are required for enabled platform actions.

Sandbox limitations

The software is in integration testing. Public direct-post approval, TikTok Shop product linking, team authentication, and cloud operation are not included in this local version. API access and publication remain subject to TikTok's eligibility, scopes, rate limits, review, and policies. Account authorization does not guarantee permission to publish publicly.

Availability and records

The computer and service must remain running for enabled scheduled tasks. Offline or uncertain platform operations may need manual review. Do not assume that a local draft, upload initialization, or successful network request means a video has been published. Check the recorded platform status.

Administration and ending use

The local installation administrator controls workspace access and data retention. An account owner can revoke TikTok access. Revoking access does not remove posts already on TikTok. Stop using the installation and contact your Primeways organization administrator if you do not agree with the testing conditions or need your local test information removed.

Before broader use

This version does not offer paid plans or a service-level commitment. These internal test conditions and the privacy notice must be reviewed before offering services to external users, enabling different processing, or deploying a shared online service.
